  1. LNE is a Kolkata-based packaging manufacturer located in the Ghola–Ariadaha industrial belt.

3. How We Work

  1. Client Requirement & Onboarding – Understand product type (atta, besan, namkeen, spices, incense, etc.) and finalise pouch style, size, thickness, material structure, and quantity.
  2. Design Finalisation & Pre‑Press – Work with your designer or our team to lock the artwork and layout, prepare cylinders, colour separation, and print-ready files.
  3. Rotogravure Printing – Print high-quality designs on base films using food-grade inks and maintain sharp colours and consistent registration.
  4. Lamination Process – Laminate printed films into 2–3 layer structures based on barrier needs such as moisture, aroma, oil, and light.
  5. Pouch Making & Finishing – Convert laminated rolls into centre-seal, 3-side-seal, stand-up, zipper, or gusset pouches and finish for easy filling.
  6. Quality Check, Packing & Delivery – Inspect sealing strength, print clarity, pouch size accuracy, and roll uniformity, then dispatch within committed timelines.
